Accessibility Statement

Moll Shop is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, screen magnification or other assistive technology.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

A full assessment of the storefront, completed in September 2026, found no Level AA failures in the pages and templates under our control. The partial status reflects the areas set out under Known limitations below, which sit outside that assessment.

What was assessed

The assessment, completed in September 2026, covered the whole storefront:

  • The home page
  • All 9 collection pages and the all products listing
  • All 17 product pages
  • The cart and the search results page
  • The content pages, including About moll, Save on moll, Contact Us, Accessibility and Payment Policy
  • The store policy pages, the sign in page and the 404 page

How it was assessed

This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out on our behalf by an external accessibility specialist, using a combination of methods:

  • Manual testing with the NVDA screen reader
  • Manual testing using the keyboard alone, with no mouse
  • Automated testing with axe-core and WAVE
  • Manual inspection of color contrast, heading structure, form labeling and alternative text

Automated tools alone detect only a portion of accessibility barriers, which is why manual screen reader and keyboard testing formed the larger part of the assessment.

Known limitations

Although we aim to keep this website accessible at all times, the following are outside the scope of the assessment above:

  • Third party applications. Some features, such as the product reviews, are supplied by third party applications. These update independently of our website. We encourage all of our suppliers to provide accessible content.
  • Content published after the assessment date. Products, pages and images added since that date have not been covered by the assessment above.
